Purchasing:

In order to ensure that you have quick and safe purchase, we have selected a payment gateway "Paypal〃 as our partner to process all payments. You will be requested to have a Paypal account before starting purchase on this site.To purchase an item from sdmarvel.com simply click ˉAdd to Bagˇ sd_marvel_add_to_bagon the product page, and then the ¨checkout〃 button when you are ready to make your purchase. You will then be directed to paypal's secure checkout where you will be shown a summary of your purchase including VAT (if necessary) and delivery charges (now is Free shipment), and you will then be asked to provide details of your billing and delivery addresses, and details of your payment methods that Paypal can offer to you. Once you have entered these details you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and to submit your order. Your order will then be security checked and if successful, processed, which may take few minutes.

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email to the email address you provided to Paypal during checkout to confirm receipt of your order. Please keep this email as it contains your order reference number in which you may need at a later date. By placing an order request with sdmarvel.com you authorize us/our payment agent ¨Paypal〃 to perform a series of information checks to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial credit authorization. Stock Availability:

We base on market demand to make the collections and only keep low stock level for on-line shop. In some case, where an item you wish to purchase is out of stock because of no materials provided, we will consider to stop the production for this / these item (s). Or you can use our new service "Make to order" to make your own handbag on your request. When the stock is ready to be shipped, we will send an email to you for confirmation within two working days.

Security Checking:

All order placed to sdmarvel.com undergo security checking via our payment gateway ¨Paypal〃 to ensure that the payment card is being used by the card holder and to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the billing address entered during checkout via Paypay is the address where the bill for the payment card is also sent (i.e. where the payment card is registered). Should you wish, you will be able to select a different address for delivery on the delivery address during the checkout process.

Sales Tax / Duties:

For the countries like US with 7~10% sales tax is needed. The duty charges are applied to your purchase should be follow the rule in your country.

Shipping & Delivery

Normally, we will ship your order(s) via EMS (General Post office) by speed-post for all overseas customers and or if you request to deliver the goods by DHL / FedEX, we will consider to charge you extra shipping costs depends on the case.

Free shipping for the items you buy above at SD Marvel official online store! The price you see listed is the price you will pay at check out. There are no additional fees or charges levied.

Delivery Methods:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 HKT (Our logistic centre in Hong Kong) on the day of the order, Monday to Friday, with the extreme majority of Hong Kong/Mainland China deliveries arriving within 10 working days. For international area (please check world-wide delivery for the area so far we can ship to), the delivery time is around 5~7 working days. However, we keep low stock level on hand in order to maintain every stock item with high quality & absolutely new. We may need longer time to produce your order. We do, however, ask you to allow up to 14 working days in case of such factors (stock availability) / other external factors, and payment authorization causing delays. If for any reason we anticipate a delay of more than 20 working days you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team.

Any order placed after 2:00 on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be process for delivery on the Monday of the following week. We will not deliver goods to any PO boxes. On-line tracking no will be provided to all local/international customers to track the delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties:

When ordering from sdmarvel.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once your package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you directly; we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so far further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Customer need to pay relevant charges in case of the countries that require you to pay any customs/ import duties or and sales tax.

Additionally please note that when ordering from sdmarvel.com, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods

Insurance & Lost Goods:

All SD Marvel goods remain the property and responsibility of SD Marvel until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full, and they are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.

In the unlikely event that goods are misplaced or damaged on their way to you SD Marvel will ensure a replacement is sent directly to you, and can arrange for the collection of any damaged items.

If you suspect your goods have been lost please contact our customer service team within 30 days of ordering.

Please contact our customer service team within 48hours of receipt of the delivery in case you receive your goods in damaged condition.

Once successful delivery has been made to the specified delivery address and payment had been received in full, you will own the goods and they will cease to be responsibility of SD Marvel.

Returning a Product:

We are happy to receive goods back and perform exchange or refunds. We request that any product(s) you wish to return to sdmarvel.com within two weeks of receipts, in perfect condition and its original packaging.

Included with your original order will be a dispatch note and invoice together with a return form that is collected via our return department at return@sdmarvel.com. Please provide all relevant information including your reason for the return. This information will help us deal with your return as quickly as possible and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.

We advise all customers returning any goods to do so via a traceable method such as registered mail, as we can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Except in cases of damaged or faulty goods, customers are obliged to pay all expenses incurred for the returning of goods.

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging a product and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.

If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is higher than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.

Upon exchanging a product, you will be eligible to pay a new postage and packing charge. Please also retain your original invoice as this may be asked for as a proof of purchase.

Refunds:

If any returning goods for a refund, please follow the above protocol. Any refunds being returned to you shall be done via your original payment method. Handling charges USD40.00 will be involved for all returned goods with effect from 08 July 2014. It will be deducted from the refund amount.

Changes & Cancellations:

To change an order please contact our Customer Service department with your order number. Please note that we generally process and prepare your order immediately once your payment is confirmed, you may not be able to change your order, but instead please follow our returns policy & process.

Under the Hong Kong SAR selling regulations, you are also entitled to cancel the contract for purchase you have made with SD Marvel, at any point from the time of ordering until delivery, by contacting our Customer Service team. If you wish to cancel the contract of purchase after delivery, this will be dealt with as a Return.

Repairs for leather handbags:

All SD Marvel goods carry a 3 months guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period you detect a fault with your goods, they will be repaired or replaced at no extra costs (proof of purchase may be required) except for all freight charge incurred.

Remark: All leather handbags means the whole body of the handbags are made by genuine leather.

SD Marvel also offers a repairs and refurbishment service for damaged goods, or goods requiring repairs outside of our 3 months guarantee. This is charged on a cost per job basis.
